Amazing hotel. The location, interior, staff, rooms, restaurants, bars, and pool were all fantastic! We had a standard room, which was spacious with a modern, slightly industrial design. Everything was clean, the bed was large and comfortable, and there was a balcony. We arrived around 7 PM and the spa had just closed, which was a bit disappointing as I was looking forward to it. However, the rooftop pool was open until sunset, and it was perfect after a long day. The rooftop area was excellent, with a terrace, lounge chairs, a pool with city views, and delicious cocktails. The pool water was a bit cool, but still enjoyable. We then went to the Italian restaurant on the ground floor, and everything was perfect. The food was delicious, the place was beautiful, the staff were excellent, DJ's music was fitting. Breakfast was also excellent with a great selection. All the hotel staff were very nice and professional, helping with our luggage, showing us to our room, providing a quick and easy check-in, and helping us to find the parking. This was the best experience, and I’m sad we only stayed one night. I highly recommend this place!

We’ve stayed here 3 times now. All the staff (especially the morning breakfast team) are so attentive and friendly. They’re very kind and helpful with anything you need. The housekeeping staff are really discreet and somehow keep everything to clean and tidy without ever making any noise in the corridors. The pool towels and pillows are lovely - and again the service is great. He keeps everything so organised. It is a bit expensive but it’s worth it. The Malton Brown toiletries are SO nice!! And they’re exclusive to the hotel sector so enjoy them while you can. The reception team always say hello when you walk past and eager to ask if you need anything. We’re coming back in September. It will be our 18th visit to Faro. We’ve stayed in so many places and we’ve only come here more than once so that’s saying something. 🇲🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

The minibar was refreshed with water and cola daily. Good-sized easy-to-use safe. Enough wardrobe space and hangers for our 7-night stay. Easy to use gym open 24/7. Chambermaids were very efficient. Sound insulation meant the hotel was quiet even though we were in the centre of town. The staff were very responsive and fixed a couple of small maintenance issues with the room quickly and efficiently.

The staff, especially the manager Ana went beyond my expectations. Arranged for my forgotten passports to be transferred from lisbon . The hotel is luxury and beyond . 2nd stay here as returned due to bad experience in lisbon . Cute welcome back card and biscuits on our arrival . It's the little things here that make you feel you are special. Highly recommended and looking forward to trying there new hotel in the old town and lisbon . 3hb chain have just got it right

The staff were awesome. Nilton, Claudia, Isabel and the two older gentleman who do the wine and breakfast were fantastic and attentive. Ana with the information was a star who recommended awesome things to do whilst I was in Faro that all turned out to be fantastic. Lastly the reception head and other staff were very helpful and sent a wonderful 40th birthday message to me, which was a lovely surprise.
