Culinary Delights Dining at the hotel’s restaurants was a highlight. The breakfast buffet was a feast of fresh, locally sourced ingredients, from ripe fruits to traditional pastries and made-to-order eggs. Dinner was delicious and great ambience. The rooftop bar is also really good. Impeccable Service What truly sets 3HB apart is its staff. Every team member greeted me with genuine warmth, anticipating needs before I even asked. Whether arranging a last-minute tour, recommending hidden local gems, or simply sharing a friendly chat, their professionalism and kindness made me feel valued. Amazing hotel. The location, interior, staff, rooms, restaurants, bars, and pool were all fantastic! We had a standard room, which was spacious with a modern, slightly industrial design. Everything was clean, the bed was large and comfortable, and there was a balcony. We arrived around 7 PM and the spa had just closed, which was a bit disappointing as I was looking forward to it. However, the rooftop pool was open until sunset, and it was perfect after a long day. The rooftop area was excellent, with a terrace, lounge chairs, a pool with city views, and delicious cocktails. The pool water was a bit cool, but still enjoyable. We then went to the Italian restaurant on the ground floor, and everything was perfect. The food was delicious, the place was beautiful, the staff were excellent, DJ's music was fitting. Breakfast was also excellent with a great selection. All the hotel staff were very nice and professional, helping with our luggage, showing us to our room, providing a quick and easy check-in, and helping us to find the parking. This was the best experience, and I’m sad we only stayed one night. I highly recommend this place!

We’ve stayed here 3 times now. All the staff (especially the morning breakfast team) are so attentive and friendly. They’re very kind and helpful with anything you need. The housekeeping staff are really discreet and somehow keep everything to clean and tidy without ever making any noise in the corridors. The pool towels and pillows are lovely - and again the service is great. He keeps everything so organised. It is a bit expensive but it’s worth it. The Malton Brown toiletries are SO nice!! And they’re exclusive to the hotel sector so enjoy them while you can. The reception team always say hello when you walk past and eager to ask if you need anything. We’re coming back in September. It will be our 18th visit to Faro. We’ve stayed in so many places and we’ve only come here more than once so that’s saying something. 🇲🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

We arrived in Faro at 9am and went to the hotel to drop off our bags. The hotel had our room ready, so we had access to our room straight away, which was brilliant. The hotel had upgraded us to a Superior Plus room as we were on our honeymoon and gave us 2 free drinks and 2 free desserts in their Forno Nero restaurant. The room was amazing. It was spacious, clean, quiet, and modern. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and we enjoyed using the indoor pool and spa. The location is surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops (but you can't hear them from the room!) And everything we needed was within walking distance.

Excellent breakfast. Wide selection of fresh foods, pastries and well-prepared hot dishes. Great en suite shower with high-quality fittings. Comfortable bed and good quality linen. The minibar was refreshed with water and cola daily. Good-sized easy-to-use safe. Enough wardrobe space and hangers for our 7-night stay. Easy to use gym open 24/7. Chambermaids were very efficient. Sound insulation meant the hotel was quiet even though we were in the centre of town. The staff were very responsive and fixed a couple of small maintenance issues with the room quickly and efficiently.
