I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and everything about it was exceptional. The ambience was amazing, with great style and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. The location is perfect safe and within walking distance of everything, which made exploring so convenient. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. I left my laptop in the room after checkout and only realized it at the airport. I was absolutely desperate, but the reception team went above and beyond. They arranged for a taxi to deliver my laptop to the airport, ensuring I wouldn’t miss my flight. Their care and understanding exceeded all my expectations! I’m forever grateful for their help and can’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you so much!

The breakfast presentation as well as quality is exceptional. Room amenities such as a cool Marshall speaker for synching music is a nicely unique touch, as are design features such as leather-strap door handles. Very cool vibe and helpful staff. Food quality in the on-site restaurant was excellent as well.

Really great hotel. Stylish but comfortable. All the amenities you need. Good spa and gym, very nice rooftop bar and pool (although the pool was too cold to swim in in March). Room was great, really comfortable. Only thing it needed was a way to link your phone to the tv so you can watch Netflix etc (or get tv’s that have the relevant apps, always surprised when nice hotels don’t have this, it seems basic). Didn’t eat in the downstairs restaurant, but we had breakfast in the hotel one day and it was excellent. Loads of choice. It’s just quite expensive considering you could go elsewhere and get a similar breakfast for half the price. Dinner, lunch, drinks prices were also all very expensive compared to elsewhere. The lobby was nice, but it would be good if there was a more relaxed, quiet area to read a book - the only area it had for that was the roof, but it could be cold depending on the time of year. Overall though it’s a fantastic hotel and I’d come back.

We arrived in Faro at 9am and went to the hotel to drop off our bags. The hotel had our room ready, so we had access to our room straight away, which was brilliant. The hotel had upgraded us to a Superior Plus room as we were on our honeymoon and gave us 2 free drinks and 2 free desserts in their Forno Nero restaurant. The room was amazing. It was spacious, clean, quiet, and modern. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and we enjoyed using the indoor pool and spa. The location is surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops (but you can't hear them from the room!) And everything we needed was within walking distance.

Great location and easy to get to - the sign is on the street and then you go into a courtyard to the entrance. It’s very walkable to the marina and old town, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Everything about the hotel was great. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was amazing, loved the indoors pool. The rooftop pool and bar looked great too, but it was a bit too chilly when I was there to be out on the roof for too long. Breakfast was great - a large selection of foods. Would absolutely recommend you going here and I’d love to come back.

The breakfast was truly amazing. The staff pleasant and very helpful. The rooms were smart, modern and very comfortable and superbly equipped. We loved the gym, and spa facilities.

The facilities and standards at this hotel were excellent but what really stood out for me was the fantastic service we received from staff throughout our stay. We were always greeted with a hello and nothing was too much trouble for the team. One morning we had planned to go out for breakfast but it started raining, the kitchen and breakfast area was just about to close at the hotel but the staff asked them to keep it open so we could order something to eat. The food was very tasty with plenty of choice. I’d 100% stay here again when visiting Faro.

Amazing hotel. The location, interior, staff, rooms, restaurants, bars, and pool were all fantastic! We had a standard room, which was spacious with a modern, slightly industrial design. Everything was clean, the bed was large and comfortable, and there was a balcony. We arrived around 7 PM and the spa had just closed, which was a bit disappointing as I was looking forward to it. However, the rooftop pool was open until sunset, and it was perfect after a long day. The rooftop area was excellent, with a terrace, lounge chairs, a pool with city views, and delicious cocktails. The pool water was a bit cool, but still enjoyable. We then went to the Italian restaurant on the ground floor, and everything was perfect. The food was delicious, the place was beautiful, the staff were excellent, DJ's music was fitting. Breakfast was also excellent with a great selection. All the hotel staff were very nice and professional, helping with our luggage, showing us to our room, providing a quick and easy check-in, and helping us to find the parking. This was the best experience, and I’m sad we only stayed one night. I highly recommend this place!
